Leadville was first settled in 1859 when gold was discovered during the Pikes Peak Gold rush. But, it was silver that put Leadville on the map. By 1880, Leadville was one of the world’s largest and riches silver camps. Leadville is 420 friendly and home to a few Recreational Marijuana dispensaries.
